We accept children aged 5-12 (Year 1 – Year 7)
Unfortunately we can’t accept Reception children due to Ofsted regulations!

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes please, as places are limited and, more importantly, we need to organise coach:child ratio’s.
Are last minute bookings available?
Yes, we accept booking right up until the clubs start but places at every holiday club places are limited so try to book early to avoid disappointment.
What should the children wear?
Appropriate clothing and footwear for sport. Waterproof jacket, hat and gloves for the cold wet days, a hat and sun cream for the sunny days!
Does my child need to a packed lunch?
Yes – A water bottle is a MUST with children needing enough food for 2 snack breaks and lunch. (Please NO sweets or fizzy drinks)

What do you do when the weather is really bad?
In really bad weather we will organise the children into small age appropriate groups. The groups will then take turns playing sports/games in the school hall and taking part in classrooom activities.
What is the policy if I am running late to pick up my child?
At present, we don’t believe in charging parents a late pick up fee. Please respect our finish times and collect your child at 4.30pm prompt!
Will my child be safe?
Absolutely. Our clubs are held at schools and we follow their safety procedures in securing the premises. There is constant supervision of your child by our caring staff.
What are the your start and finish times?
Drop off: 8.30am – 9.00am Drop off: 4.00pm – 4.30pm
Payment?
Full payment must accompany each booking. Your child’s place is NOT confirmed until full payment has been received.
Are the staff qualified and DBS checked?
Yes, all staff are suitably qualified, experienced, insured and DBS Certified.
Do you run the holiday club in the winter months?
Yes, we run in ALL school holidays. We try to get the children outside when the weather permits. Although we do have a school hall and classrooms available for indoor activities.
What indoor activities do you provide?
We use the school hall for sports and actvities and also a classroom for team games/challenges, quizzes, board games, arts & crafts, toys and an interactive white board.
Do you watch Films at the holiday club?
Sometimes during snack breaks, lunchtimes or in bad weather we will offer the children the opportunity to watch an age appropriate film/tv episode. Please note this is not compulsory as the children can choose from our many other indoor activities listed above.

Will there be a first aider on site?
Yes, there is always a paediatric first aider on site at all times.

What is the cancellation policy?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for any reason. In the event of illness of injury a credit will be issued.
